My name is Alex Pusey and I attend PS 334, The Anderson School in Manhattan. I am 12 years old and deeply interested in the arts (fine and performing.) This piece of work is a self-portrait which I rendered with India ink. It took me two months to sketch, ink, and mount and I am very pleased with the final outcome. It won a Silver Medal in the Drawing and Illustration category of the Scholastic Art Awards.
